Mother's Advocacy Project
Based on a vast amount of research studies on psychological resilience and post-traumatic growth in trauma victims, TFAS offers participatory arts to bring healing and empowerment to women trauma survivors by cultivating responsibility, discipline, perseverance, values, positivity, humility, confidence, respect, goal setting, flexibility, balance, work ethic, wisdom, courage, creativity, leadership, open-mindedness, mindfulness, and action through the practice of dance and martial art. TFAS aims to provide full scholarships for women with complex childhood trauma and their children to study Traditional Korean Taekwondo.
